The campaign is open to Singapore citizen and other nationals reside or visiting Singapore with a minimum fourteen (14) years of age at the time of entry. Participants below the age of eighteen (18) are required to obtain written parental/guardian approval to take part in the campaign, and are to provide that to the Organizer upon request.

International participants residing in Singapore are eligible to participate in the campaign if they meet the following conditions:
1. Possess a valid Permanent Resident status or hold a valid work permit within Singapore.
2. Have a registered address within Singapore capable of receiving prizes.
3. Meet the specified age criteria, which are either:
- Eighteen (18) years old or older, or
- Fourteen (14) years old or older with written parental or guardian consent.
Unfortunately, international participants residing in a different country are not eligible to participate. However, other nationals who are residing in or visiting Singapore are entitled to join the campaign. Please note that prizes must be self-collected by foreign visitors. All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and are given on an “as is” basis. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

Login to M&M'S® campaign site at https://mmsfestivesurewin.com or scan QR code printed on M&M’S & Friends Gift Box 424g or Point of Sale (POS) materials using your mobile device.
Upon scanning the QR code, you will be directed to the M&M’S Festive Sure-Win campaign microsite, where you are required to provide your personal details and the redemption code found on the redemption card to successfully claim your prize.
You are unable to exchange your prize for a different item. Prizes are restricted to the specific item tied to each redemption code and cannot be substituted or exchanged for other products.
The prizes are non-transferable and all prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash or its equivalent.
The information provided by participants must match their registered information accurately and cannot be changed. Any duplicate, incorrect, or incomplete information will be deemed invalid and will lead to the inability to receive the prize by the winner.
Prizes can be collected in person or delivered, based on your selection. Here's the lead time:

Delivery: 7 working days
Physical presence is not required for prize redemption. Collection is allowed as long as the person presents the authorised letter for collection and original redemption card with a valid unique code.
Upon prize announcement, participants may choose to either self-collect or opt for delivery at a flat fee of $10.

Delivery: Takes approximately 3–7 working days.
Unfortunately no, prize delivery is only available within Singapore, and we are unable to deliver to locations outside of Singapore.
Participants should retain their Redemption code card until redemption is complete. The Campaign organizer will require these Redemption code card for prize validation, and keeping them ensures documentation for participation and eligibility purposes.
To validate eligibility for prize redemption, participants are required to present the original Redemption code card during prize collection. It is essential to retain all original, valid Redemption code cards used for participation, as these serve as proof for future prize collection. Please note that if the original Redemption code card is lost, participants will not be able to collect the redeemed prize.
