M&M'S Festive Sure-Win Campaign

Terms & Conditions

1. ORGANIZER & ELIGIBILITY

1.1 The “M&M'S Festive Sure-Win Campaign” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organised by Mars Foods, LLC (Singapore Branch) (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

1.2 The Campaign is open to all individuals who are legal residents and visitors of Singapore, aged fourteen (14) years and above at the time of entry and who possess a valid National Registration Identity Card (NRIC), Foreign Identification Number (FIN) or passport. Participants below the age of eighteen (18) are required to obtain written parental/guardian approval to take part in the Contest, and are to provide that to the Organizer upon request.

2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

2.1 The Campaign shall commence on 1 October 2025 at 00:00 (Singapore time) and shall conclude on 15 January 2026 at 23:59 (Singapore time) (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”). The Organizer shall reserve the right to revise the Campaign Period at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason whatsoever. All submissions received after the Campaign Period will be null and void.

3. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS

3.1 To participate in the Campaign, eligible participants must purchase an M&M’S Holiday Sure-Win Joy Box 424g ("Participating Product") during the Campaign Period.

3.2 The proof of purchase ("POP") is the redemption code card contained within the M&M’S Holiday Sure-Win Joy Box 424g. Participants are required to retain the original redemption code card for verification during the prize redemption process.

3.3 Participants can visit the microsite, https://mmsfestivesurewin.com/ to redeem their prizes any time during the Campaign Period.

3.4 Participants must complete the redemption process via the designated microsite, accessible by scanning the QR code printed on M&M’S Holiday Sure-Win Joy Box 424g or Point of Sale (POS) materials. Upon scanning the QR code, participants will be directed to the M&M'S Festive Sure-Win campaign microsite, where they are required to provide their full name, the last four digits of their NRIC , FIN or Passport number, contact number, email address, and enter the redemption code found on the redemption card to successfully claim their prize.

3.4.1 Each participant is permitted to submit multiple entries throughout the Campaign Period. However, each entry must be associated with a unique redemption code. Entries submitted with a duplicate redemption code will be deemed invalid and will be rejected.

3.4.2 Participants must retain the redemption code(s) submitted during the Campaign Period for verification and prize redemption purposes. Failure to present the redemption code(s) upon request will result in forfeiture of the prize. For identity verification during prize distribution, participants will be identified by the last four digits of their NRIC Foreign Identification or passport number and the redemption code submitted via the campaign microsite.

3.4.3 Submission of an entry does not constitute proof of the redemption code. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any delays, lost, damaged, or non-received submissions, or for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operation or transmission. Additionally, the Organizer shall not be liable for issues arising from communication line failures, technical malfunctions of telecommunications networks, computer systems, servers, or providers, as well as failures of email or other digital platforms caused by technical problems, traffic congestion on the Internet, or other related technical issues.

3.5 Summary of campaign flow:

4. PRIZE

4.1 A total of 65,004 prizes are available to be won on a first-come, first-served basis. Please refer to the campaign microsite for full prize details.

4.2 The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and all prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash or any other form of compensation.

4.3 The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of similar value without prior notice.

5. PRIZE FULFILMENT

5.1 Appointed Campaign Agency of the Organizer will contact the winners via email, asking for the following information:

  • a) Name
  • b) Address
  • c) Identification Card, Foreign Identification or Passport Number + photo of Identification Card, Foreign Identification or Passport
  • d) Contact Number
  • e) Redemption code number

5.2 The winners must complete the verification process by sending the personal information as identified in paragraph 5.1 (including a photocopy of identification card) and the original redemption code card(s).

5.3 If the initial attempt to contact the winner is unsuccessful (e.g., no response), the Campaign Agency will make up to two (2) additional contact attempts within seven (7) days. Failure to respond after all contact attempts may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

5.4 All unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited and be reallocated for future promotions or activations.

5.5 The Organizer will arrange for the self collection or delivery of prizes within seven (7) working days upon winner confirmation, subject to delivery schedules and arrangements. The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay in delivery, irrespective of the cause.

5.6 Prize delivery is limited to addresses within Singapore. The Organizer will not deliver prizes to locations outside of Singapore.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 Acceptance of any prize shall constitute a release and discharge of the Organizer from the winner concerned from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the winner may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the Campaign, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the winner (and/or their companions and/or pets) as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the prize, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the Campaign, prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same.

6.2 All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses incurred to participate in the Campaign, shall be the sole responsibility of the participants.

7. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER

7.1 All entries, including the entries of the winners receiving the prize, may be featured indefinitely on the Mars Wrigley TikTok account and M&M'S Facebook and Instagram account, without further compensation, approval, or notice. All entries will become the sole property of the Organizer.

7.2 The Organizer may require participants to validate their entry in the Campaign, or to provide more information to allow the Organizer to verify the participants’ participation, at any time prior to being eligible to redeem the prize.

7.3 The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend and/or cancel the Campaign at any time without the need to provide any notice or assign any reason whatsoever.

7.4 The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry and prohibit further participation in the campaign by any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Campaign submission process or the operation of the Campaign or who has acted in violation of these Terms & Conditions or in a disruptive manner or for any other reason. The Organizer reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the Campaign.

7.5 If for any reason any aspect of this Campaign is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Organizer which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, then subject to applicable laws and regulations, the Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign, or invalidate any affected entries.

7.6 By entering this Campaign, the participants agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of the Campaign and the decisions of the Organizer shall be final and binding. No appeal shall be entertained for any reason whatsoever.

7.7 The Campaign Terms & Conditions and the Campaign mechanics may be amended from time to time and shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material or advertising of the Campaign. The Campaign and its Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and be subject to the exclusive jurisdictions of the Singapore courts.

7.8 The Organizer excludes its responsibilities and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes or modification to the Promotion or prize or due to any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control such as governmental interference, civil commotion, riot, war, strikes, act of terrorism (including but not limited to any act of violence, hostility, national emergency, occurrence of any epidemic/pandemic outbreaks) and for any act or default by any third-party suppliers or vendors.

8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

8.1 By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, participants acknowledge that they may be required to submit the following personal data upon request by the Organizer for the purpose of Campaign administration:

  • a. Name
  • b. Phone Number
  • c. Delivery Address
  • d. Identity Card Number / Foreign Identification Number/Passport Number

8.2 Each participant’s personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the participant’s consent and used by the Organizer, its affiliated companies, and authorised partners for the following purposes:

  • a. To notify the participant if he/she has won any prize;
  • b. To conduct, manage, and administer the Campaign, including verifying participant identity for eligibility or prize delivery, winners’ announcement;
  • c. For consumer research, promotional, publicity, advertising, and marketing purposes;
  • d. For the Organizer and its affiliates to obtain feedback on its products and services.

8.3 All personal details submitted must be accurate, complete, and subject to proof at the request of the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or that interferes with the entry process.
