How do I redeem the prizes and how are the prizes shipped to the winners?

Upon prize announcement, participants may choose to either self-collect or opt for delivery at a flat fee of $10.

Self-collection: Available during office hours, Monday to Friday, 10am – 5pm. 2 Kallang Avenue, #03-08, Singapore 339407

Delivery: Takes approximately 3–7 working days.
