Unfortunately no, prize delivery is only available within Singapore, and we are unable to deliver to locations outside of Singapore.

Upon prize announcement, participants may choose to either self-collect or opt for delivery at a flat fee of $10.

Self-collection: Available during office hours, Monday to Friday, 10am – 5pm. 2 Kallang Avenue, #03-08, Singapore 339407

Delivery: Takes approximately 3–7 working days.

Physical presence is not required for prize redemption. Collection is allowed as long as the person presents the authorised letter for collection and original redemption card with a valid unique code.

Prizes can be collected in person or delivered, based on your selection. Here’s the lead time:

Self Collection: 3 working days
Delivery: 7 working days

The information provided by participants must match their registered information accurately and cannot be changed. Any duplicate, incorrect, or incomplete information will be deemed invalid and will lead to the inability to receive the prize by the winner.

The prizes are non-transferable and all prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash or its equivalent.

You are unable to exchange your prize for a different item. Prizes are restricted to the specific item tied to each redemption code and cannot be substituted or exchanged for other products.

Login to M&M’S® campaign site at https://mmsfestivesurewin.com or scan QR code printed on M&M’S & Friends Gift Box 424g or Point of Sale (POS) materials using your mobile device.

Upon scanning the QR code, you will be directed to the M&M’S Festive Sure-Win campaign microsite, where you are required to provide your personal details and the redemption code found on the redemption card to successfully claim your prize.
